In short: ordering here places a request, not a payment. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch, and you pay the courier on delivery. Hydrate & Create is a food supplement, not a medicine.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
2. The product
Hydrate & Create is a food supplement containing creatine monohydrate, electrolytes and apple cider vinegar powder. Net weight 240 g, approximately 30 servings of one 8 g scoop.
It is not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use it if you are allergic to any ingredient. It is not recommended for children, or for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or take medication, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
3. How ordering works
- You send an order through the form on our shop page, or by WhatsApp.
- That is a request to buy — it does not by itself form a contract.
- We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the items, address, delivery fee and timing.
- The contract is formed when we confirm your order. We then dispatch it.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if we suspect misuse or fraud. If that happens we will tell you, and nothing will have been charged.

Prices are in Albanian Lek and include [VAT — state whether prices include VAT, and the rate]. The total you pay is the product price plus the delivery fee, confirmed with you before dispatch. We take no payment on this website and never ask for card details.
Promotional codes are limited in number, may be withdrawn at any time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
5. Delivery
We deliver within [DELIVERY AREA — e.g. Albania only]. Orders are typically dispatched within [X working days] and arrive within [X working days] of confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Please make sure the address and phone number you give us are correct. If a delivery fails because nobody was reachable at the address, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-delivery.
6. Cancelling and returning
You can cancel at any point before we dispatch your order — message us on WhatsApp and there is nothing to pay.
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, under Albanian consumer protection law.
Important exception. That right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed. Because Hydrate & Create is a sealed food supplement, we can only accept returns where the seal is intact and the product is unopened and undamaged.
To exercise the right, tell us within 14 days at Amelabwellness@gmail.com. Return the unopened product to [RETURNS ADDRESS]. Return postage is [paid by the customer / paid by us — decide]. We refund within [14 days — confirm] of receiving it back, by [refund method for a cash-on-delivery sale — bank transfer?].
7. If something is wrong with your order
None of the above affects your legal rights. If a product arrives damaged, past its best-before date, or is not what you ordered, contact us within [X days] with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery costs. Please do not consume a product that looks damaged or tampered with.
8. Accuracy of the site
We try to keep product information, ingredients and prices accurate and current. Packaging and formulation can change, so always read the label on the jar you receive before use — the label is the authoritative source, not this website. Photographs are illustrative.
If we discover a genuine pricing error on an order we have not yet confirmed, we will contact you and you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
9. Our content
The ÂME LAB name, logo, product photography, and the text and design of this site belong to Ame Lab Wellness shpk. Please do not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses arising because you used the product contrary to the label instructions or the guidance in section 2.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Albania. As a consumer you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
