Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you and deliver your order. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing Amelabwellness@gmail.com.

2. What we collect, and why
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us. We do not require an account, and we do not track you across other websites.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram instead, those conversations are handled inside those platforms under their own privacy policies, and we see whatever your profile shows us.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We do not run advertising or profiling trackers on this site.
- We do not take payment details on this site. Orders are Pay on Delivery — you pay the courier, and no card data ever reaches us.
- We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
4. Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run the site. They act on our instructions:
- Web3Forms
- Receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Submission content passes through their servers.
- Google (Gmail)
- Hosts the inbox where your message or order arrives.
- Vercel
- Hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts
- Serves the site's typefaces. Your browser requests them directly, which discloses your IP address to Google.

- Receives your name, phone number and delivery address in order to deliver your parcel.
Some of these providers operate outside Albania and the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for [X YEARS — check the retention period Albanian tax/accounting law requires], because we are obliged to retain sales records. General enquiries are kept for [X MONTHS] and then deleted. Your cookie preference stays in your own browser until you clear it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- provide it in a portable, machine-readable format;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania (Komisioneri për të Drejtën e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale), or to the data protection authority where you live.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We store a single value in your browser's local storage, amelab-cookie-consent, to remember whether you chose "Accept" or "Essential only" so we do not ask again.
At present we run no analytics at all, so choosing "Accept" currently enables nothing extra. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and only load them for visitors who accepted.
8. Children
This site and its products are intended for adults. The product is not recommended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
